Sorry, but the Granary is closed for a while.  Laura and Bob apologise for the inconvenience, and wish you all the best.

Laura and Bob would like to welcome you to their converted Granary for a few days rest and relaxation.  Their four star graded - by visit Scotland - accommodation is clean, comfortable and cosy. They have two double rooms and a twin room.  The two double rooms have their own en-suite.

For a relaxing holiday in central Scotland you can choose no better.  Stirling is within half an hours drive with its magnificent castle and modern shopping centre.  Edinburgh and Glasgow may be reached within the hour, and there are many other interesting places to visit within a days drive. The Trossachs, a range of beautiful hills, are nearby

Bob and Laura keep their own geese, and have a beautiful garden.  The Granary is situated on the edge of a moss, where you can often see large numbers of wild geese, hares, foxes and buzzards.  The red kite centre at Argaty is less than 30 mins drive away.

The village of Thornhill has an excellent pub - The Lion and the Unicorn - and there are plenty of places to eat in Stirling.  If you like gardening, Dobbies have a large garden centre just outside Stirling where you can get food and drink as well.  The local village of Doune was once a centre for the making of firearms, and the castle is worth a look around.  Not far down the road is the Scottish Antiques and Art centre with an excellent restaurant.

To book your break, ring Laura on 01 786 850 310 or email Bob.
